Email: ken@vininglawoffice.com
Ken aggressively represents persons injured and the families of those injured or killed as a result of the fault of others. He has successfully represented clients with injuries caused by defective products, motor vehicles, industrial equipment, construction site negligence, defects in residential premises, motor vehicle accidents, dog attacks and many other acts of negligence.
In addition to personal injury actions Ken also specializes in housing and landlord/tenant disputes. In 2001, Ken began to get a lot of work in the landlord-tenant area and has since become a specialist in the field. He has successfully represented landlords in defense of housing claims brought by their tenants including claims of: breach of warranty, breach of quiet enjoyment, security deposit issues, negligence, lead, mold, infliction of emotional distress, retaliation and many other housing disputes. While the majority of his clients in the area of real estate disputes are landlords, he also represents tenants that have been seriously harmed or deprived of their right to live in quiet enjoyment.
His experience in these areas has given him an in-depth understanding of the unique needs clients who have suffered an injustice as a result of someone else’s action or inaction. Ken not only represents his clients but he also educates them about the legal system and their rights within that system.
Recognized by his peers for his achievements, Ken is a member of Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys. In 2005 he was awarded the Denis Maguire Pro Bono Award from the Volunteer Lawyer's Project of the Boston Bar Association for his work in representing Landlords and tenants in the Boston Housing Court.
